(I do hope that BA have told them they won’t be taking their bookings for a good few years - for this lot that’ll effectively mean budget airlines only for their European jaunts, which they will find deeply inconvenient)
I imagine that any incident involving passengers being prosecuted would result in a lifetime ban from BA. I'm not sure if there's an inter-airline ban list, but I imagine other airlines may monitor news reports and proactively ban passengers who have been convicted.Regrettably these people will no doubt have both reveled in the attention and had their reputation and standing among their celebrity worshiping followers enhanced by such an revolting exhibition of entitlement and common vulgarity rather than it being diminished.
A s
t day at work for the crew and a flight ruined for their fellow passengers but you can bet when the news broke both the people concerned and whatever products they endorse would have seen their hits on the interweb go up through the roof.
Chav is as Chav does.

I would say these a
holes deserve everything thrown at them, including a BA ban.
I do however remember a flight from SA with my gran, who I went to fetch as she had a stroke whilst out there.
Most of the flight attendants were fantastic, however one was quite awkward to deal with, refused to get me a glass of wine as 'I'd had too much', this was a second glass 4 hours into a 14 hour flight.
Later brought a meal to my nan and I, the one for my nan had to be pre ordered due to her medication, which was totally inappropriate, when I questioned it she accused me of being drunk.
No chance of that really, when I pointed out, quietly and reasonably, that my nan required a zero salt meal I was told she could have me strapped down in my seat.
I walked up to the serving area and explained my dilemma to another attendant and it was all sorted, including another glass of wine and an apology.
They are mostly, but not all, angels.

I was on a flight back from Madeira a few years back and I'm totally convinced that at least half of the cabin crew were pissed up! Shouting, singing and generally being

s. Anyone on that plane who actually thought about it should have been rather worried that the people responsible for their safety had been at the sauce. As a former cabin crew member in a previous life, I can only applaud the court and pour shame upon the perpetrators.
Cabin crew have the legal power - Air Navigation Act - to stop serving alcohol to any passenger whom they think has had too much and could become disruptive. On a long flight - or indeed any flight - the crew have to control the service of alcohol and be alert to any potential problems.
This sort of behaviour occurred on my flights on many occasions, but apart from two incidents the relevant passengers were firmly told ' no more drinks', and the situation was diffused.
