So only a couple of months after stating he would rather die on air than leave the show… he today out of the blue announced today was his last show (and broke down).

Where did this come from - and not much in the press either.

Assuming this is the article that you're referring to, Matt Lucas is the one that is leaving - this is probably why you're not finding any info online!

Because that silly cow ZB is coming back.
I'd be pretty pissed off too, i'm lucky enough to be able to sleep through that garbage. If ML had the slot maybe i'd be encouraged to get up at that hour.

Quite indeed! And to paraphrase my GP's assessment of my bloods last week, Ken was "reassuringly normal" all morning. I live by and need these constants in my routine. What about her forced heavy breathing ? Every sentence is 150mph which makes her do this annoying sharp and fast intake of breath mid sentence. Drives me nuts. Switch straight over.

I tune into Ken Bruce everyday - he’s superb. I tried to avoid calls at 10.30 so I that I don’t miss pop masters.

I don’t normally listen to the breakfast slot but have on occasion and every time have found ZB to be awful. Just screeching nonsense.

I can’t Jeremy Vine either. Or Sara Cox… or Steve Wright..,
