Personally I'd prefer to do just Mondays and Fridays. Plus who cares? It's not funny. The only arbiter that I can see that matters is "does the work get done?" if it does who, really, cares.
T.W.A.Ts was a thing before covid, especially in a FS firm I worked at. It was a jibe from perms who resented the contractors, most of whom were T.W.A.Ts. but, guess what, so were most of the perms.
