It's not sad it's a fking disgrace. It is none of their business what someone does or does not do with their children provided it is legal. I assume these morons are also anti all the other vaccines children routinely have and probably still believe MMR causes autism.

Our disabled 16 year old had it at school last week and her 14 year old brother will be having it in November. She is vulnerable and should have had it earlier, he probably doesn't need it for himself but he want to have it to protect his 82 year old grandfather with an ICD and other health issues (and the other residents in his retirement village.

If that upsets anyone else, fk'em

Agree it’s very sad putting an innocent 15 year old at more risk than the disease in order to protect elderly people.

Agreed it’s very sad putting an innocent 15 year old at more risk from a bunch of misinformed politically biased nuts than the medical people that know more than they’ve learned on on the bog reading.

I’d like to see these protestors intimidated, see how they like it. They’re doubtless big and brave intimidating women and sickly children. I’d get into trouble here stating here what I’d like to do to them, but I’m vulnerable and disabled myself so unfortunately it’s wishful thinking.

I had my third jab there, it’s a former toysrus building and huge with a huge car park. Site security should make them stay off the site!

Intimidation is totally wrong and should be viewed as such by both sides of the argument.

What the fk are you talking about? Intimidation is not a both sides of the argument question. There are no two sides, tell me if you think different? I’d like to know.

Any actual evidence of the intimidation as sounds like it went on over an extended period? Unusual in this day and age for there to be no video with everyone having a camera in their pocket?

There is plenty of intimidation of those who do not wish to take the vaccine or is that somehow different?

Mocking you is not intimidation.

There is "intimidation" in person and that by employers right now. Not got a vax? Playground bullying, facebook etc. Then you have employers insisting on it.

But, bullying a mum with her kid in a wheelchair is beyond limits

Google the mother's name, she's appeared in news stories for covid related things before.

It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if it's fake news or at least very exaggerated.

Still, it's having the desired effect, the boogyman is being created.

Please could you explain the phrases “conspiracy nut jobs” and “political misinformation” when the UK gov vaccination committee decided it was not justified to give the vaccine to 12-16 year olds?

You are however right that I probably read this on the bog. Alas.

Consider we have a situation where we ploughed on anyway due to politics and hysteria, I have a certain degree of sympathy for the protesters point of view.

Protesters intimidating a kid in a wheelchair.

Just when you think there's something everyone would simply agree is abhorrent without any ifs or buts or descending into the usual bickering PistonHeads delivers yet again.

This reads as a made up story.

There might well have been protestors outside a vaccination centre, as is their right in a free country, how much "intimidation" was going on is another matter.

A final question. If the girl has had Covid?, which gives long lasting immunity, why on earth is she then getting a vaccination jab around a year later?.
