This is tragic....
A bouncy castle in Tasmania was blown into the air and 5 kids died and 4 are injured when they fell out.
You'd think it should've been anchored to the ground?

Tragic.

It must have been more than just a gust, hoisting it to 30 feet with a maybe a dozen 10 year olds in it.

Secure anchoring of the object must be a legal requirement for a [ presumably ] hired inflatable.

Simply awful, poor souls

Reminds me of the Dreamspace tragedy in Chester le Street some years ago.

This effect is well know and not uncommon, I can't believe that simple precautions are still not applied such as tying the bloody things down properly it's not as if there haven't been enough warnings.
