Anyone been following Dan Snows podcast and their hunt for the Shackleton?


They found it just 4 miles from it's recorded position after over 100 years.

Amazing condition

It's called the Endurance. It even says so in big letters on the back.

Ernest Shackleton took it on the Imperial Trans-Antarctic Expedition.

But yes its very interesting and for something that sank 100+ years ago the condition of it's amazing.

THEY FOUND THE ENDURANCE! THEY FOUND THE ENDURANCE!!

I saw the story this morning and did a mega happy dance.

The Boss is one of my all time utter heroes. An absolute legend of a bloke and so so chuffed they found the ship and in such an absolute brilliant condition after all this, 3km down! There are no/few wood eaters in the weddel sea, so she really is in spanking good condition.
