I thought there was, but I can't find it now. I can find one saying "Vol 2" has gone missing, and some other threads that are not the one I remembered.

I am slightly concerned my grey matter is no longer functioning. Can someone point me in the correct direction?

Thanks. I had tried the search function several times and never managed to hit that. Much appreciated!

There have been many - started nearly 2 decades ago. I wonder how many stayed out of the market fingers crossed for a fall and have lost out big time £ personally.

They are all on HousePriceCrash, still terrified to buy in case the fabled prophecy finally comes true.

They seem to think that there will be a bloodbath and that people will be begging them to buy their house for half price.

PH have made NP&E a forum that Google can't search, so if you stick
sitetongue outistonheads.com/gassing house price fall
Into Google you'll get all sort of threads from the finance section, but not NP&E

On a news site this morning, it reported that the average house price for an average property in the UK has `risen' to around 267 to 287 thousand pounds.

Thanks - that explains my inability to find it via search!
