I read an article that ever household in UK is going to get additional money

Winter fuel allowance

Mr Sunak announced a one-off payment of £300 to pensioners who are receiving the winter fuel allowance.

The payment is on top of the usual winter fuel allowance, which is an annual one-off payment to help pensioners pay for heating during the winter months - the allowance is usually between £100 and £300

You can get the payment if you were born on or before September 26, 1955."

So this £300 is in addition to the pensioners that already get the anual cold weather payment.
Hardly think it is going to cover the additional cost rise of gas and electricity.

If more number 10 party stories come out then I am sure they will try.

The cost of life has rocketed. I as a tax payer can't afford the governments generosity on top of my own bills

'We'...?

Sunak is dragging us into the abyss with his idiotic, reckless spending sprees. I've still not heard an answer as to why the gormless fkwit was handing out £10k grants to millionaires...?! Or his moronic eat out to help out scheme...?! Or why he cut taxes for his banker mates and raised NI....?!

How much more debt are you going to put around our children's necks Rishi...? !

I doubt they will. The whole thing seems to have farted itself and Labour have been fairly quiet about the whole thing since Sir Beer Korma is in the frame for the same sort of thing.

How much could people save if they dropped the “green” tax nonsense?

It’s all a game to him. It might as well be Monopoly money. He has zero issues with affording anything and just does the job as a hobby. He can leave at any second and still live an incredibly comfortable and priveliged life.

Yeah, its a bit of a luxury at the moment but guess climate change wont wait, if it exists, the current ststorm most definitely does exist though.
