Sebastian Kalinowski Murder Trial
Discussion
Yet another case of a parent killing their child in a prolonged catalogue of abuse. Horrifically sad and distressing to read.

Safe to say that these two deserve to rot.

None of you guys overly keen on the whole "fair trial" & "innocent until proven guilty" concepts?
If found guilty then by all means nail them to the floor but give them due process first.
They might be savages but we are not.
One of them has pleaded guilty to manslaughter...If found guilty then by all means nail them to the floor but give them due process first.

Where did anyone suggest that they should be punished without trial?Assuming they are found guilty - and there are not likely to be many other suspects - the sentence will be laughable.

You've presumed them guilty. Your statement "left to rot" implies a a certain amount of punishment.
If guilty I would prefer a 'robust' sentence.

It doesn't matter how many other suspects there are- it matters whether guilt is established beyond reasonable doubt. If guilty I would prefer a 'robust' sentence.
