Every story like this seems to involve a dog that is of the same style as the one pictured in the article. They appear to be an established accessory of the thug.
Is there no way to restrict them?

Should start by stopping them breeding.

Whilst I do think there’s a problem with these bull breeds, news articles reporting these attacks always seem to portray a similar demographic of area and/or owner.

God know what can be done to reduce such attacks, especially given the apparent increase in dog ownership over recent years and presumably a large population of potentially dangerous breeds in the hands of owners who can’t properly control them.

The fact the breed has XL in its name tells you all you need to know.

Bred by scum, bought by scum, normal people suffer the consequences.

I like that, I think really bigger, scary dogs should have less aggressive names and little ones can carry off something more aggressive sounding, out little Terrier is called Rambo for example, and does get referred to ironically as "The Beast" or "Apex Predator" when chasing squirrels.

Wasnt there another horrible dog attack recently with an XL Bully called Beast ?

Owners stupid dogs savaging owners stupid babies, there's only so much st I give any longer unfortunately.

Just wall all these people up together with a load of quads and playstations and drop food, booze and drug parcels to them now and again.

I doubt either side would complain.

(I doubt they'd give a st about me and my choices, I certainly don't about theirs)

If people could actually read the article, the XL Bully called Beast pictured in the article was from the other attack, not the most recent attack the article is about. There currently does not appear any information on what dog was invilved in this attack.

They're no more dangerous than German Shepherds it's just that GSDs don't tend to be owned by council mouth breathers.

Probably less dangerous when talking about the smaller bulldog breeds.

He did catch one once, his victory was short lived when it bit him 😄

He tried dropping it, but it clung on, tenacious little buggers they are. I got it off and held it by its tail to move it somewhere out of the way, he lunged and grabbed it, it but him again. I got it off again and put it on the log store but it jumped down and they had a stand off with the squirrel yipping at him, he the. Thought fk this and ran inside.

I find it hard to believe this is an xl bully this time as they wouldn't just hurt a child they would easily kill one.

Il take a wild guess it was a pit bull, bull terrier, staffordshire bull terrier etc you know one of those breeds that has a history of attacking people and other dogs.

Labradors are fairly dangerous- have you seen how many of their owners go blind?
