Pregnant woman killed in car crash

Wasn’t sure how to title this to get some attention.

I’ve seen how busy the tube station crash thread was and this seems similar, but with some key differences. Totally innocent family wiped out by a driver who appears to have walked away uninjured. 38 year old pregnant driver killed, three children in the car, two of whom were seriously injured and apparently in induced comas. Driver already charged and before magistrates.

Not much in the local news but the driver has been remanded in custody.

I passed after midnight after the crash and the motorway was still closed southbound. Nasty one.

The journalist might benefit from buying a thesaurus & looking up synonyms for "tragically".
