This sounds very serious and Sky news reporting Labour did nothing about it having allegedly known for months

Something slightly inappropriate when mentioning Sexual Misconduct and "losing the whip" in the same sentence...

The SNP would give him a top post with a massive salary.

Pretty disturbing if his behaviour was an "open secret" as the article suggests.

Brave that someone seems to have come forward to formally complain as it removes the ability to say "nobody complained so we weren't aware".

Grumps.

It’s as if our country is run by all the wrong idiots.

No wonder it’s been going down the pan for decades.

When will the mass apathy end and people ask for real representation of their interests?

Suspended but no formal complaints against him atm. I’m losing count of the number of Labour MPs being suspended over the past couple of years, is it nine or eleven ?

In fairness, they're all as bad as each other regardless of party.

Good to see Labour taking appropriate action in response to the concerns.

In the interests of balance I think its only fair to say that there will have been some Tory MP's in the past that will have been naughty.
It may have taken place in the last century or even in the one before that.
But there it is it will deffo have happened.

Don't know the number but there are enough.

Chap called Neil Coyle got re-admitted recently after being suspended for racist abuse.

I think all parties need to be less tolerant of filth like that as there seems to be something very wrong across Parliament with the number of complaints and suspensions and allegations.

Yep, this. It does feel that MP's are not what they were and are just in it for themselves. Bunch of chancers across the political spectrum; it's depressing

My god the education system must be really broken if you can not count between 9 & 11!

I'd offer the counter-balance... but it really does seem like the Tories like to promote such people to the Cabinet instead of withdrawing the whip.

They would be much more vitriolic. Some ubiquitous posters on these types of thread are conspicuous by their absence, but that's often the way on here.

Is it nine or eleven MPs that have been suspended over the past couple of years? I’m not sure how many hence my question. It’s not a question of numerical skills.
