Someone on NP&E called current PH “left wing”, which didn’t strike me as that likely.

This isn’t very scientific and some will no doubt query my categorisation. Also many people, like me, will likely have views that don’t fit neatly into one box. In that case I suggest voting based on your main views/position.

I could have started this is NP&E but a lot of people avoid it so I think the result would have been less representative.

Bit of right, bit of left, bit of a liberal.

Can't think of any political party that would really suit me these days. Can't stand any of them. smile

Poll fail, no option for none of them/spoilt ballot.

I'm with you. All as bad as each other and only in it for themselves.

On the hard right we have the unworthy wishing to enrich themselves and for others to do something for them for no reward.

Ditto the hard left.

Both want a society, but but others to pay for it.

I just want an uninhabited island

I consider myself right leaning but just did that test and got left authoritarian.

I always imagined Greens would be in the red box somewhere, with a sniper on every roof top picking off motorists then charging them for the bullet.

Mine was the same as yours.

They say you move to the right as you get older but I'm going the other way at the moment! I had selected left of centre in the poll before doing the test.

I appear to be majority libertarian leaning towards the left.

I think most active libertarians have a world view that matches a particularly dim witted toddler, but the concept resonates. I hope we never have to experience the real world application of it.

Left libertarian from the test, just quite how far left and libertarian was a bit of a surprise to me.

Not unsurprising that there's no party that I would vote for having done it though!

I'm slightly surprised I don't end up higher on authoritarianism, but I guess that while I'm very statist in terms of solving actual problems, I have a fairly limited idea of what things are actual problems and am pretty much completely liberal/libertarian on everything else.

I've done that compass thing before.

Apparently I'm in the bottom left corner somewhere between Corbyn's Labour and Plaid Cymru.

I'd describe myself as old style conservative on a good day.

Basically everyone ends up in the bottom left quadrant.

The one where people have spent huge amounts of money moving the Overton Window so that people like you can ask that question with what appears to be a straight face.
