Convicted killer gets sentence reduced on appeal

Found guilty of murdering Zara Aleena and sentenced to minimum life term of 38 years for murder and sexual assault, the convicted appealed and has won!

Minimum 33 years isn't too bad.

Whilst I don't agree with the appeal or the reduction in sentence and the affect it had on the family, I suspect the minimum of 33 will be exactly that and he'll never be released (if he lives that long inside).

As the family says, erase the killer from history and forget him.

The law is the law, his sentence need to be the one the law requires.

He's 30 so there's a very good chance he's never coming out which seems about right.
