Well well well, who’d have thought.

Can’t find the original thread re her traffic stop, so if it still exists feel free to amend to that one.

I was going to ask why you wouldn’t tell the police but with 11 points already I guess she was ironically worried she would lose her licence.

I'm surprised she "only" get a six month ban for repeatedly refusing the name the driver.

No ideas for a name

Another 18 points were added to her licence, bringing her total to 29

Do those get wiped out after the ban expires?

I am confused. 18 points when one offence is 6 points maximum.

Was this 3 seperate incidents that she has refused to Identify the driver! It would seem so.

Also what were the offences involved that she refuse to ID the driver for?

It looks to me like she played a blinder only six month ban and a couple of hundred quid.

No legal representation, but was she told what to do to mitigate the consequences by solicitor.

A better report on the whole thing would have been interesting.

Is that 6 points x3 for a single offence and 3 refusals or 3 seperate driving offences and refusing each time?

Surely not? She's a fine upstanding member of the community??

On the plus side, she doesn't need to worry about getting stopped by the police for a while.

Saying that, I wouldn't be surprised if she carried on driving whilst disqualified with her attitude towards driving laws.

With her partner working on Amazon deliveries and her having two jobs I really do hope that Tesla looks nice on the drive.

Wonder if the two PC’s who were sacked would still have their jobs if this had come out first…

Another 18 points, she really pissed someone off.

I had to double take when I saw it was the same person.

She should be stopped randomly more often judging by her driving licence.

Why on earth would someone who lives in central London drive everywhere in any case?

Bike, bus or underground would be cheaper, safer and most likely faster and with much less chance of accumulating mega points or being stopped by those nasty policemen.

I would love to be able to afford to live in Maida Vale, maybe my wife and I need to ditch our well paid middle class jobs and become Amazon delivery drivers instead - apparently that is where the real big bucks are to be made.
