Been through this in the past and didn't feel any anger toward the other bloke. But then I didn't have much anger toward the ex-wife either, you just have to accept it as natural female behaviour as they are branch swingers and often don't let go of one branch until they have a firm grasp of another. What was I supposed to be angry at?, evolution?
In many cases I think it is just emotional displacement. It can be one of the most painful times in your life so anger is an outlet for that pain.
I feel a bit sorry for him.
But having read the article it seems he had all the info he needed & it was obvious what was going on.
You aren’t saving that relationship at that point.
There are one night stands where someone gets carried away and a one off mistake happens. That’s potentially understandable & forgivable.
But when your marriage is at the point where she’s essentially turned you into a figure of fun & is having a long term thing with a colleague it’s get a lawyer time.

That's not my experience over the last 17 years or so. It's probably a little more popular between the children that are being employed these days but it's nothing like 'absolutely endemic' No wonder they were so resistant to bodycams!
As for body cams we'd been crying out for them for years and we should have had them a long time ago.
