Braverman tells Conservative MPs not to force her to defect to reform. Is she just looking for an excuse?

I get the impression she's trying desperately for a way to stay in the headlines. The media seem to think she's got no chance of being elected Tory Leader and might start to ignore her.

I reckon she should move to Rwanda, her time of being anyone of note in the UK has gone.

Whether you agree with Farage or not, he is very good at out manoeuvring opponents. I would imagine even if she has said she is ready to defect, he'd tell her to wait until it gets bigger and longer lasting headlines. Maybe just before a by election or even wait until the next GE.

She is more useful being in the Tories now and potentially updating Farage on plans, moves.

Plus Braverman does seem one of the few MPs that feels unease at using a seat given to her on a Tory manifesto, to then walk across the HoC and give that seat to another party.

i think the unease arises from knowing that, if she moves to Reform, there's a good chance she'll lose her seat at the next election. And the US Grifting Tour is getting busier and busier.

She has just been re-elected as an MP, she now knows she has that backing, it will be interesting to see which way she decides to move forward.

She's a career Politician. With the best will in the world, Reform is a pressure group, and will not provide anyone other than Farage, with any "Premier League" opportunities.

Tactically, she's better off staying with the Conservatives until a suitable opportunity arrises. That's exactly what she is doing.

I think she got elected because she was standing as a Tory, I'm not sure she would have won if she was standing as a Reform candidate.

I'm not sure Reform should let her in.

I think she'd simultaneously raise the profile of both parties if she did.

I don't think the people who voted for her would be happy if she moved to Reform. Hopefully it'd trigger a new local election..

He won't want anyone coming in who might get more attention than him

A car crash if a politician.
The people of Fareham & Waterlooville should be embarrassed to have voted in her type.
Not surprised. My wife’s aunt lived in Fareham. It’s demographic likes the Braverman approach
