Where MP's sit

Was watching a bit of coverage from the Commons yesterday and there was a question from Zarah Sultana to the PM. Zarah is a suspended Labour MP. As she is suspended from the Labour Party surely she should be sitting on the opposition benches but she was sat still on the Government side. What am I missing ?

They can sit wherever they like except for the front bench, where someone has booked a seat with a prayer card, and a spot for the father of the house.
Anything beyond this is just convention.
