Yes - from what we know from that the boy sounds cool.

Sensible mother as well by the sounds of it. What an utter cretin.

So much of the story is borderline something out of the sopranos or something:

“The father also offered a line of cocaine to his son – who replied: “I’m f—ing 13, that’s ridiculous.””

“The defendant appeared in court but chose not to be represented by a barrister. He said: “I can’t have this hanging over my head, I just need it over with.”

Okey-dokey.
My kid is 3 years younger. He still goes to bed with his plushies and teddy bears.
That maybe a bit weird but not quite as deranged as ordering an hooker and a line of coke for your 13 yr old. wobble

Never mind The Sopranos, sounds like something out of a Danny Dyer film.

I am a bit jealous though. Most I got at that age was the froth off my dad’s lager.
Is that a euphemism?

From the article;

"When the two women arrived the boy was taken to a separate room where a 26-year-old sex worker performed a sex act on him, the court heard.

In a police statement the boy said he did not want to do it and he was left feeling disgusted."

So basically the father arranged, and paid for, his own son to be sexually assaulted? Despicable.

Possibly the only good thing to come out of this, is that the lad has a decent mother to look after him.
What a world we live in.

Not weird at all, let kids be kids, they’re not kids for long.

My kids were exactly the same.

Speechless. That kid will probably be terrified of sex for the rest of his life now.

It's not my only takeaway from the story, I share the concerns above....but 2 sex workers? Because 1 wasn't enough for his first time??

I can't understand how the hooker hasn't been prosecuted. If someone is paid to assault someone they're clearly guilty.

Perhaps she couldn't be traced.

Two prostitutes and two rooms, one was for the dad.

Agreed. It's not ok to sexually assault a minor of either gender.
