It’s “gone on fire” as we say in Swansea whenever another inconvenient old building burns down to make way for a housing development.

It's so obviously blatant, one hopes this would be another slam dunk case for a rebuilding order as with the Crooked House ...

..but then again, now Crayons is in charge of speeding up house building, there's a chance it'll just end up being built on....
