Edited to add, it just seems odd (to me anyway) seeing MPs born in the late '80s.

It's worth pointing out that Spencer "categorically denies" the two charges and "will defend the allegations robustly in court" according to his lawyer.

Let him have his day in court and, if he's found guilty, hit him with the full weight of the law and have him "recalled" via petition to vote for a new MP. If however he's found innocent I wonder how much that will "effectively" clear his name as for some people, there's always the concern that there's no smoke without fire and as such they'll never believe that he's innocent no matter what.
