Eye witnesses say it crashed just after take off. Small plane, carries 11 passengers + 2 crew as standard. Heading for the Netherlands.

The media did not seem to know what type of aircraft had gone down. and described it as a 12 metre plane, which meant very little. What is a 12 metre plane?
Perhaps they should have just pointed out that it was not an airliner?

It's a miss-heard "12 seater" plane.
