This is absolutely vile and doesn't seem to have had a lot of coverage.

The article reads as if the assumption is it's the same person across multiple sites and if there is any upside it's that you'd assume they will have DNA evidence due to the nature of the attacks - but it's very disturbing to see this kind of filth happening.
