That's ok then.

Attempted GBH at best, attempted murder at worst.

Clearly needs a lower sentence than someone tweeting though.

We had a guy at school who could be described this way. He once set half the pavement on fire and eventually burned a school down through basic stupidity. We thought he was hilarious until the Police turned up at my door one Sunday and I ended up testifying in Crown Court! Think he did a little jail time but it was clear he just didn't see things the way we did and us laughing at his actions was 'social proof'. He was probably autistic but we didn't realise that in the 80s.

This guy sounds a bit like our friend.

Hmm .. this chap was aware that the worst outcome was somebody needing 'hospital treatment' .. so I think that puts him more in the See You Next Tuesday category.

Worst outcome would be him getting thrown off the balcony I suspect if things had gone differently.

‘Fighting age’

They’ve really done a number on you, haven’t they?

If he was white, would you saying he’s a fighting age male when you’re commenting on something that’s landed him up before the beak?

Yep, not the same a our 'easily led' friend but I've known other people who have done silly stuff when younger, mostly egged on by mates who just thought they were hilarious. None doing anything like this but if he is a bit intellectually diminished he needs friends to stop him doing such things, not film it for SM
