“I am asking His Highness, Sheikh Mohammed Al Maktoum to please forgive me and pardon me. Let me go home. Please give me my life back.”
So he can come back here to a life of crime, I am sure he was a promising footballer on the verge of an England call up. Seems he did not learn much from his time locked up. I am sure all the usual t
ts will use his experience in Dubai as. an excuse, but seems like a rather predictable end.

Awful for the family of course, and they have my sympathy.
2 things struck me though:
- he might welll have been safer in dubai
- at least we know he didn't die a virgin
(Not in the best of taste perhaps, but he died a completely avoidable death whilst fleeing from the police, so I'm not going to feel too bad)

A life of crime, where on earth have you got that from ?So he can come back here to a life of crime, I am sure he was a promising footballer on the verge of an England call up. Seems he did not learn much from his time locked up. I am sure all the usual t

He didnt flee police. He was a passenger in the crash.
It is quite possible to be a passenger in someones car and not realise the driver is not legal, especially as a teenager when proportionally less of your friend group can afford cars.
I have got into a car as a teenager with another apprentice from my college class for them to see a traffic car, turn white, take a few quick turns and tell us all to get out the car quickly as he didnt have a licence. Do you ask everyone whose car you get in for proof of all their driving documents before you get in?
Going for decent sandwiches at lunchtime with 4 classmates in a nova could have turned fatal if things were slightly different. It was raining and 6 degrees so the offer of getting in the nova was appealing compared to taking my DT50. Dieing at 16 is slightly worse than enduring the dogs
t disgusting and overpriced vending machice sandwiches, but not by too much.
His only crime that we know of was consensually banging a 17 year old when he was a teenager himself, something perfectly legal here, but her parents took the opportunity to destroy his life over it.
Who here hasnt consensually pumped a 17 year old when they were a teenager?

How can you possibly say that based on the available information? He was a passenger and could have been entirely innocent urging the driver to stop.So he can come back here to a life of crime, I am sure he was a promising footballer on the verge of an England call up. Makes me suspect there is a lot more to the original story than was reported.Marcus Fakana the young lad who was jailed in Dubai for underage sex has been killed in a car crash following a police chase.

I haven't. :-(I am guessing some of these on here saying this guy led a life of crime and they are indifferent to his young death at the hands of a criminal also missed out, and are bitter twisted old

Given the only thing he was ever convicted of was having sex outside of marriage I wonder what it is about Marcus that make some posters make those comments/assumptions?
