Well, she doesn't mince her words.

"Kemi Badenoch says: "I was presented with clear, irrefutable evidence that he was plotting in secret to defect in a way designed to be as damaging as possible to his shadow cabinet colleagues and the wider Conservative Party.

"The British public are tired of political psychodrama and so am I.

"They saw too much of it in the last government, they’re seeing too much of it in THIS government."

He strikes me as a pipsqueak who spends his time thinking exclusively of things to say that he believes fuming old goats want to hear.

Behind closed doors he's probably a raging commie bleeding heart.

No great loss to anyone or anything.

Farage, just under five months ago: Jenrick is a fraud, this quote proves it.

This just proves that most politicians do not stand for anything, it is all about me and they will sell their own mother to get it.

which has been the way they have acted since time immemorial i suppose to want to be a politician in the first place.... it's merely how brazen they might have felt able to be showing it.

Farage has said he has spoken with Jenrick, as he has done with a number of senior Tories, but no deal was done.

Badenoch getting rid of a possible challenger before May Locals?, very possibly.

Difficult balance for Farage I guess, do they take Tory MPs now to bolster numbers in the Commons, even though it doesn't change much apart from getting more questions allocated, knowing that too many known names could be toxic.

Apparently Farage frequently says they desperately need people with experience of government so no balance at all, anyone who has ever been a minister at any level will be welcome. TBH that's fair enough.
