I do wonder why any law abiding person needs to wear one unless the Weather is particularly cold.

What difference will it make? They're already riding illegally on Sur-Ron bikes with no fear of being caught, to do some illegal stealing, they're not going to care that their balaclava is now also illegal.

Would be much better if they made it legal for civilians to knock them off with their car.

When they are predominantly uses by people committing crime or intimidating people then I'm sure they will also be under scrutiny.

Same reason carrying a large knife isn't ok if you're a scrote, but fine if you're a chef going to work.

Its not only linked to Sur-Rons. If you're on a mountain bike, or foot and wearing a balaclava its really only for antisocial or criminal reasons.

Opposite to the balaclava boys was the muscular young stud I saw today by The White Hart in South Mimms ragging a powerful full-on superbike with just a white vest and shorts pulling wheelies. He wasn't even wearing a helmet so the fresh white teeth were much in evidence as well as the tattooed biceps.
Complete lawlessness these days with these guys.
