"UN experts have told Britain to build statues of African people to atone for the slave trade."

A good idea from the UN. I suggest a statue scene showing African slave traders handing slaves over to white slave traders on a beach.

Not to mention the 1-1.25 million white Europeans enslaved and transported to Africa by the Barbary pirates

The statues perhaps need to be on a beach in Cornwall or Cork

Perhaps the African nations could fund these statues as part of their reparations idea

Or even African slavery, handing slaves over to Arab slave traders who then sell them to white slave traders.

'Experts' is doing some heavy lifting there, also 'experts' with a very specific agenda rather than a deep subject knowledge.

No nation has made more effort or spent more money than Britain to forcibly prevent slave trading worldwide. Doesn't that count for anything?
