Nope, I dont read the Daily Mail, just caught the article on Sky News:

Too fat / dont have time because of TV / dont know how to diet, they say
We barely get enough money freeloading off the taxpayer to gorge ourselves, they say

I appreciate that I do stray occassionally into Hitler territory but speaking as a smoker, that is taxed to buggery and inconvenienced massively for my lifestyle choices, is it just me that thinks not penalising someone and in fact actively rewarding them for theirs is somewhat lopsided?ETA: That said, that statement is classic Daily Mail, both of those are genetic conditions, arent they?
