An 18-year-old Belgian woman is planning to sue a tattoo parlour which allegedly covered half of her face with stars while she was asleep.
Kimberley Vlaeminck claims she went into the parlour and asked for three small stars to be tattooed onto her face.
But the woman claims she fell asleep and woke to find 56 black stars stretching from her chin right up to her forehead.
"I wanted him to tattoo on just three little points but he suggested three stars saying it would look prettier," she told the Flemish daily Het Laatste Nieuws.
"When he started the tattooing I didn't want to feel the pain and so I went to sleep. I had got up at five in the morning.
"I woke up when he was starting to tattoo my nose and I saw what he had already done. I counted 56 stars, it's frightening."
However the tattoo artist denied the woman had fallen asleep, and claims she only protested after her father and his friend saw her face.
"She was awake the whole time, I don't use hypnosis or drugs. She agreed to it," he said.
Ms Vlaeminck is planning to have laser treatment to remove the tattoos

bloody hell, the guy must be worth a fortune as scrap metal. Think he could get on the car scrappage scheme ? has more metal in, on and around his face than a 95 volvo estate. 
What happens if he starts rusting ? Does he use metal polish before going out ? I suppose you got to have somewhere to hang your keys

I have 8 or 9 tattoos that I had done when I was 20. You're right they do hurt and this is bullsks.t. How the fk could anybody sleep through having a tattoo?
