Watching the news last night about ETA bombing in Majorca.

My 13 y.o. daughter was on that street 24 hours before the bomb went off on holiday with her friends.

I understand the Spanish have made a number of high profile arrests etc with ETA, but I am amazed they put with this st.

It got me thinking, if anything had happened to my daughter I'd be over there shooting some basques.

wkers.

I have a friend who is a Basque. She and her husband are ETA targets because they campaign in local politics against them.
They have to check under their car every morning.

On the plus side they at least don't have to keep an eye out for the gun-toting swivel-eyed loon that would be the OP.

Of course.

I'd politely ask them if they're ETA terrorists before shooting them. I wouldn't just kill innocent bystanders - that would be just terrorism...

I get the impression that the Spanish have been pretty effective agaisnt ETA - but it is still a bit st when people go on holiday and get blown up.

I don't think being blown up can ever be considered a good thing.

I suppose the Spanish government could shamefully surrender to ETA in the same way our government did to the IRA.

Or Westminster (although there is a Harp - which annoys the hell out of the IRA and Sinn Fein - which is fine by me smile).
