I don't understand what the two men arrested were doing wrong. People have made millions out of porn for years, and some are probably rather awful. But where is the line drawn where it becomes "obscene"? Chances are their material would only interest certain people, who may have differing views on what is/is not "obscene".

The only way I agree if something is too "obscene" to be published is, err, I don't know, a necrophiliac beastiality film with 2 girls and 3 dead horses. What are your views?

Please don't make the thread NSFW by posting dodgy pics, and please, no jokes about my username (I am aware of how it could be interpreted but back when I originally picked it I had no idea)

I worked for a company with the same first two initials - it was rebranded after its first year as the owners got so fed up with the jokes. hehe

if someone wants to get crapped on while a nazi nurse sticks a traffic cone up thier pineapple fritter then thats their choice.
if someone want to watch it them its their choice.

The clue is in the first two letters of the username: D P. The acronym DP is used to describe an unusual sex act that involves one lass and two blokes simultaeneously. And she can still talk.

"dp"

then never speaketh of such things again. Especially on the Dental Forum. Where I would imagine it means "Dental Practice".

One thing I was thinking though, do the CPS/Police hire people to determine what is classed as "obscene"? If so I wonder what the list of applicants is like...

How do assess the free will of an animal?

How do you assess the free will of a crack addicted teenager? Sure, she wants to do it for the drug money/drugs, but given the choice and her sanity, Im sure theyd rather be off the crack and have their orificies to themselves.
