Yeah they've always had a fundamental difference of opinion over how to pronounce the word "Gercha". Chas maintained it should be pronounced with a rolling R, as in "Gerrrrrrcha" and Dave insisted on placing the emphasis on the "cha" as in "GerCHA".

It all got very messy in the end. Rumour is that they planned to settle it with a duel using 18th century pistols on Margate beach but in the end their agent persuaded them to issue a press release instead.
