Doesn't look like it unfortunately. The lunatics are firmly in charge of the asylum.

Wonder how much it costs to staff the playground? Presumably if they can't staff it the children can't play - toooooo dangerous!

Anyway as has been shown recently vetting only shows what you have or haven't done in the past. It can't say what you are doing now or may do in the future.

Blimey. I live in Watford and my flat overlooks a small "play area" AND a school playground. I must be CRB'd and supervised in my own house at once, lest I look out of the window whilst some cherubs are at play. Can't be too careful.

Brick up all your windows. I suspect that would be the quickest, simplest and cheapest option smile

On the plus side, at least that way they couldn't sting me extra council tax for having a nice view. Unless I painted a tropical sunset on said bricked up windows. The World has gone mad.

Yet another reason to leave this hideous country and never return. Am currently sat in a nice bar in Frankfurt, and all this madness seems far behind me!

That and the great company car scheme they run...

Depends, did the child sign the liability waiver in triplicate and submit it for referral no less than 28 days before they intended to use the the park facilities?
