Takes some doing. The amount of structures (muscles, tissue linings etc) that hold the eye in position are quite considerable, so he must've really subjected her to an horrific attack to actually remove the whole eyeball.

Nasty and dispicable. I cant see that any prison sentence can justify what this guy did.
Theres no question he meant to do it, the girl now has to live with a disability. People who do stuff like this should be removed from society.

Jailed for 12 years, hope he serves every minute of it. What a horrific crime.
