Do what? So paramedics are hard at work and some mate wanders in and says "found this outside....anyones here?" at which point they all realise the patient is suffering a little face trauma?
Or was this later at the hospital when she came to visit with flowers, Toblerone and an eyeball?

Jailed for 12 years, hope he serves every minute of it. What a horrific crime.

When Ms Farrell regained consciousness her eye was on her cheek hanging by the optic nerve.
Murphy then grabbed it and threw it over an eighth-floor balcony.
