Now, is the country more violent these days or is it just that we have better reporting?

But my word, an awful lot of them appear to have been attacked by groups....

It's all about gangs - easier to hunt in packs. Not news any more. Gang rapes on the up, mind. That is news. Look after your daughters.

That truly is harrowing reading.

But (and i may get flamed for this), when you see some of the people on there, such as this delightful fella:

I wonder if it was completely unprovoked.

Frankly, he looks like a chavscum thug. The kind that just yesterday came up to me in the street, and said "What the f**k you looking at you c**t", even though i was walking along calmly with the O/H.

He was tanked up, and i just ignored the little runt and walked on, to his continued jeers of "F**k off then pus*y"

The little st was about 5'4 (small man syndrome)and about 9 stone. I am 6'3 and 14st. What would he have done if i actually had a go back? Very odd. Pathetic, really.

Its easier to think that all the blokes with short hair were into trouble anyway but hang on a minute I always have a no2 at the barbers.

And I'll agree with that too..

There's a certain attitude/stance/look that "kids" seem to be adopting these days, associated with scum-like behavior.. And this guy's got it..

What because the guy looks like a chav, he asked for it ? You seem to making an awful lot of assumptions about a person from a just a picture..

Don't be ridiculous. I never said he asked for it - do try not to get your knickers in a twist.

He looks just like the sort of chavscum thug that hangs around in gangs. He has a stance, and a look about him in that picture of cockyness. I am putting 2 and 2 together, and possibly coming up with 5, but i was pretty good at Maths at Uni.... wink

'ello Frank.

That's just my point - if someone can honestly say that they don't make a judgement of which of these two is more likely to get stabbed, or do the stabbing, i'll eat my hat.

Oh bore off scrop...

Look at the bloke, as if he has never got in trouble in his life.

I would bet a large sum on a lot of that list having previous offences in a similar genre to the one that ended their lives. (I said a lot, not all)

It's trial by the press. If they think you are trouble they print a bad pic but if they think you are innocent they print a pic where butter wouldn't melt.

I'd bet a month's, no sod it, a year's wages that none of them were stabbed/shot/murderdeathkilled on their way home from choir practice, Sunday School or the library.

Regardless of the judgements you might make based on looks (and we all do sometimes), this is such a sad story. All these kids out there killing each other, and for what?

For nothing frown
