Just as unbelievable as the first time around. It perfectly highlights the problems with having laws rather than guidelines (although guidelines have their own serious weaknesses).

But still, the point of taking someone to court is to try to find some justice. Even though he has, strictly speaking, broken the law, if he's sent down where's the justice in that? Crazy...
