To be fair, the article says that "police were called to a domestic disturbance". It doesn't say the mother called. It was probably the neighbors...

...that being said, anything loud enough to be heard between a mother and a 10 year old needs some investigating as to the child rearing environment...

fking hell. The mother should be done for wasting police time and the policeman given a course of retraining and told to stay the fk out of other people's business when no criminal offence is happening. He probably wanted a chance to put her in the shower himself and hasve a good perv.
