If he doesn't he will be returning to the US. Where there WILL be a trial. And, despite the woman's wishes, she WILL be dragged through it and made to testify and he WILL be jailed briefly before being let go after causing untold heartache and grief to everyone concerned.

He needs to remember that Swiss/ French Customs close at about 11pm! It's pretty funny to see poeple hanging around in the petrol stations just up the road at 1050pm or so!!

Indeed... surely they can't be stupid enough to believe that he isn't a flight risk given his "previous". To me this stinks of deliberate action

I've not commented on it, just reported, after all if anyone has been on the run you would consider them a high flight risk and wouldn't release them. If I was in his position I'd leg it, but what I wouldn't do is brag about it and justify it when the majority of society demonise it.

I could understand if he had been a child at the same time.

I've not been looking at the backgorund to this story at all, I understand he came to CH for concert, but where was he living before? Surely USA have extradition from most places??
