Thiking a lot recently about what the endgame could be for the MMGW scam. Come up with the following but interested to hear everyones opinions:
1) World Government, leading to security of political power for an unelected bunch of dictators? The plan would be far from the world of Star Trek I fear :-) More a last stab at Communism/Fascism, essentially dictatorship but on a global scale.
2) Taxation, hugely increase tax on the very air we all breathe in the name of saving the planet, dissenters quickly silenced and mocked as being greedy, selfish capitalists who should be singled out for their "denial" and prosecuted/persecuted in the long term to serve political interest.
3) Mass wealth re-distribution, unless you are a faithful "party" member of course, then you enjoy huge salaries and opaque benefits. The wealth re-distribution would by its nature lead to the collapse of the West as we know it, and "emergency measures" to control the population/civil unrest. I`ve noticed how everything is an "emergency" these days - Brown and Obama seem to be the biggest fans of "emergencies".
..and 2nd question, how do we fight something so grandiose in scale?
The Media - mainstream media are split, unbelievable given the evidence of the scam. Too much Govt control. BBC in the UK and pretty much every news network in the US barring Fox are "on-side" and bought. Blogging seems the only way forward to increase the media coverage to influence more honest journalism. TF for the Interweb otherwise we`d be screwed.
Independent investigations into the whole affair are already on the cards, but headed by onside IPCC MMGW zealots, so this wont work.
What will it really take to fight this I wonder, will the "new world order" really achieve their goals either way, as if the populace rise up to fight this (think the heavily armed US citizens), Govts can just declare martial law anyway. Win win for them.

There is only one answer.
We the potential losers in this creeping power grab MUST put as much energy into our campaign as the soap dodging, nothing better to do, nothing to loose, Winky Youth Movement.
But thats the problem!
We have much to loose if we do "revolt and campaign"
We have jobs and families that need to be supported, We have more immediate, pressing issues around our home and work life.
The lazy dole scrounging class will be looked after in this and the very rich will not be effected. Only the average guy with 2.4 kids and a Mortgage will loose while he is busy trying to avoid redundancy and keep a roof over his head.
The only answer is to take to the streets and show that we are not a crazy fringe minority that will go quietly but outnumber the eco fascists by a significant number.
Write to your MP. Tell him you will vote UKIP (or other party) if he does not stop this nonsense.
Write to the BBC and complain about their blatantly biased reporting on the facts.
Time to make a stand and some short term sacrifices for the longer term gain.

It will turn out not to have been a scam, the climate will turn out to warm according to the lower end of IPCC projections (taking into account what we actually did about emissions, which was probably not very much), the first world was able to adapt without crippling costs, the third world wasn't. Wasn't the end of the world (at least not for most of us in the developed world), no runaway greenhouse, no end of life on Earth.

The Copenhagen Treaty/Environmentalism is the new 'Trojan Horse' for social control. It is simply a means of redistributing massive amounts of money from the richer nations, via taxes, to the poorer nations thus enabling a Communist World Government to arise. The Copenhagen treaty is the Official declaration of this, where nations sovereignties will be signed away, never again to be regained.
Brown and Co continually tells us this fudge in support of MMGW because he isn't the one calling the shots; hes' a p(m)uppet in all of this, that much is obvious! The US middle class will be 'removed' as the money is drained away and redistributed elsewhere. It won't be pretty, but they won't have a choice partly because it's forced action on the people, but 'they've' managed to do enough thus far to weaken the dollar before it's final demise. Polititians speeches have included these key words for some time now, but the agenda behind Globalisation goes back decades.

Since the second world war governments have run countries by two things: Fear & Control
They took at two things that Hitler unfortunatly gave us which were state organised control of the media and its resulting progaganda & his creation of the bogeyman (the Jews) who were going to destory everything that the normal German person held dear. Think about it, for a moment what was the first real global logo? The Swastika? What was the first use of the moving picture to influence the population? The film of the Nuremburg rallies?
So, think the western world leaders (who by this time were getting used to these new regular get togethers.), what we can do to keep our population under control? I know the Red Menance!!
So we spent years putting huge amounts of money into defence projects that we really didn't need (but kept a lot of American defence companies very,very rich thanks.) and everyone went to bed scared that the nukes were going to start to fall. So they kept their heads down and worked to make sure that their governments had enough money to keep the barbarian hordes away. And then don't you just know that those damn Russians decided that they'd like some McDonalds and that they couldn't build safe nuclear reactors and that they'd like some freedom thanks very much. So there went the bad guys. Hmmmmmm.... we need something new....hmmm...
Well lets try AIDS, if you have sex you will die..... nope that didn't work.
Next up BSE. Remember that? Hospital wards full of 20 year olds with dementia from eating Hamburgers by 2006? Don't eat steaks!.....yeah didn't happen.
The Millennium Bug. Every computer in the world is going to explode! Give us your money now!.... Oh it didn't. Well good job you gave us all that cash then. We stopped it happening & hey you can't prove it would have done.
Every adult in the world is a peado!! And of course that one is still happening. And it also ties in with MMGW.
Because every child in the world is sacred, perfect and we must treasure them. Which of course means that we must look after the world to preserve them because they are our future.
So lets make everyone scared of something that might effect the children but luckily we can't prove conclusively will happen. And of course the children will jump on the bandwagon because its all about the fluffy polar bears and puppies and there is nothing kiddies like more. It really says something that if you went to a middle school now and said to the children what would you like to be when you grow up the majority will more than likely say "Marine Biologist", "Media Advisor" or "Enviromental Specialist" rather than anything that actually produces anything or benefits your fellow man in a constructive way. Unless of course you go to a failing school where they will grunt "Benefits! Pizza!"
So there we all are scared of what might happen rather than what is happening (extremists, over population, the rise of drug resistant viruses) and guess what? We can actually make money out of this scare. We can tax people!! Because its all their fault! We can punish them for being bad people for driving to their job. And if they do change their ways, we won't reward them for it. We'll just tax them more.
We can get all the media on our side and promote the lie 24/7 and to tar anyone who doesn't the line a fascist or a 'denier'. They will promote the agenda to the kids by making kids shows for even the youngest all about equality and saving the whales.
Then pop CCTV in all over the place to protect the public from the rise in "crime" which of course has been promoted by you being leinent on crime in the first place. That way, you can make sure you know what everyone is doing but of course the criminals know how to defeat them (hoodies, baseball caps.) so the whole point of them in the first place is redundant. But hey, you can at least determine everyones movements.
Speaking of which as an extra bonus if you increase the price of petrol as the result of those evil CO2 producing engines, waste all the money you should be spending on public transport on H & S and keep everyones pay low you can restrict their right to travel and perhaps to organise effective opposition.
So where is this going to end? World Government? Quite possibly. The end of oil and limiting of private transport? For sure. And all because the stupid masses will follow everyone else into a future where they always know what you are doing. Speaking of which, expect major limitations on the internet within the next five years. It encourages free thinking, can't have that.
How do we stop it?
There will only be one way and I touched on it up there. We need something more worrying. Something that the government can't control to come along that we can all focus on and take our minds off this myth. What will that be? A terrorist nuke? Would focus the minds for a bit but would also bring in more limiting of civil rights (especially the restrictions on the net mentioned above.) An alien invasion? That would do the trick but rather unlikely.
I'm afraid what we really need is a good old fashioned plague. As the great Bill Hicks used to say "Humans...too many of you," If we had something everyone was scared of, that could decimate their families and would effect the way the world worked for decades to come, then everyone would soon forget about saving the planet when it looks like the planet has bitten back. And guess what? Less people = less CO2 if you believe the evangalists, so the planet would actually be better off.

As I have said thousands of times, herein lies the ego of man - we can influence the planet's climate more than the sun, the oceans etc etc...That would be my guess.

Humans have an ego concentration span of a blink compared to how long these climate systems have been dynamically evolving as conditions change. To suggest that the planet's climate is affected by the production of a gas which has been show to not only have a minimal 'greenhouse' effect compared to , say methane and water vapour, and MORE IMPORTANTLY A GAS WHOSE ATMOSPHERIC CONCENTRATION IS A LAGGING INDICATOR is a bad joke.
It is a myth, blown out of proportion to enable research scientists access to the funding gravy train and for governments access to taxpayer's wealth. THe recent protests have proved that, as with G") and G7 protests, it is all about wealth redistribution.
I hope it gets so bad that it leads to anarchy and civil unrest so we can start redistributing lead into the yoghurt weaving dole scroungers and their supporters in government and the media.
At least Joe Public are waking up to the fact that MMGW is bks..

That will never happen in the UK.ALL of the British sheeple (Including the warrior types of PH) are too engrossed with what is happening inside their own personal life bubble to do anything vaguely anarchic. The quickest and cheapest way to lower emissions is to cut the worlds population. Less people = less consumption = less CO2. Stop giving food / medical aid to third world countries. Encouraging pakistan and India to stop pussyfooting around and have an all out war would certainly help. A total crop failure in China would be the icing on the cake.
The alternative is to produce artifical cooling or artifical CO2 absorption. My favourite is the space based mylar mirror approach but there are equaly bizzare ideas out there. Seeding the world oceans with geneticaly engineered algae to absorb CO2 is also a possibility.

What I don't understand is why the likes of Al Gore are so busy trying to get rich off the back of climate change - indeed, I don't understand why anyone who is seriously concerned about the effects of CO2 emissions makes any effort to acquire any wealth at all. If you reduce your "carbon footprint" to what activists want it to be, you won't have anything left to spend the money on. You will have abandoned materialism, and will hoard no goods. You'll have a small, modest dwelling, possibly an apartment. You will have no cars and you will take the job nearest home which pays enough for your meagre needs. You will be vegetarian, you will eat no imported food. You will take no holidays abroad, and if you are really serious you won't be making any unnecessary travel in this country. You will limit yourself to one or zero children. You won't be buying or running frivolous electrical appliances. You won't own any more clothes than you really need. You won't have any hobbies which require travel or imported equipment or supplies.
