What do you think is an appropriate punishment for the scumbag who decided to pour bleach over the head of a woman who asked him to be quiet at the cinema earlier?

Will he even get close to an institution??

Unfortunately there isnt a fit enought punishment withing the law!

I think someone should first go over him with a grater, then sit him in a bath of acid! That might learn him!

Bring back corporal punishment. We've had many years without. If you can prove it's made society better then that is fine, I'll delete this post.

If not, get the human rights lawyers in the stocks first.

Nothing in our "justice system" will be appropriate.

Any idea on what the "punishment" will be?

I'm thinking <£100 fine (less than the cost of the night out he ruined) and 10 hours community service.

This is absolutely sickening and whats even more sickening is the fact he will get nowhere near long enough in prison

Hmm, would it have any effect? Has this chavs upbringing already moulded him into what he is today?

Why can't the lil scrote be identified?

My thoughts exactly. Scumbags like this deserve naming and shaming, and therefore be isolated from society in the future. Or preferably, forced to face the firing squad.
