THAT was scary - anybody else local hear it? All the fire engines heading through town now.

Good spot Plover - I'm 300 yards as the crow flies from there - not walking over there just yet though. Yet more fire engines and now the air amubulance or police helicopter.

If you look at some of the other webcams on the link there seams to be a few police and ambulances floating around too.

THe webcam shows a lot of rubble on the road at the end of the bridge in front of the police car. It sounded like a gas explosion to me. There would have been quite a few people walking there at this time of day,

Appears to be on the East side of Bridge Street, just further towards the river than "Cafe Saffron"
