Anyway, just watched on tv he was questioned by the news.

When asked if he hates the country so much why does he live off benefits? He answered "the money belongs to alarh"

This made my blood boil. Why do we let people like this scrounge off our country?

Because it has little to do with religion and everything to do with an attempt to gain power, money and influence. Since he is on the dole and living on benefits he has tagged his ascent to power and notoriety based on his religion - which is rather bizarre as it says nothing about what he is talking about and everything about living peacefully and co-existing with fellow man.

To sum up - scrounging loser who doesn't deserve to be here. Take away his citizenship for all I care. Send the little scrote to where he can spout his own brand of hate. A small remote island somewhere with no transport or communications. Now there is an idea.

I was under the impression Islam teaches that it is wrong to take money without having worked to gain it (hence Islamic bank accounts with no interest (presumably any bank account currently available!))

So where do benefits fit into that grand plan?

Not sure these are related: Islam is against 'usury' (i.e. interest), thus the bank accounts. 'Charidee' is encouraged.

But, I do believe he is overdue a check on his benefits claims.

Fair-ish point, but if he wants to live in an islamic country, then go find one, there's plenty out there, he is like the polar opposite of nick griffin. Perhaps they should put him on Question Time... I'm a bit disappointed at Paxman for letting his Muslim guests 'debate' in such fashion, if their idea of democracy and debate is to talk over each other for 10mins, and that he could be allowed to sit there and essentially "answer" his fellow muslim opposite, that in his islamic utopia, he'll be first up for execution, as a traitor to his religion, is absolutely disgusting, and they just haven't got it.

Nutterdom aside though, I have to say like Griffin, I find it worrying that Choudary & Griffin get the oxygen of publicity, for fear they are the stalking horse, for a cleverer, slicker, charismatic and 'reasonable' leader following behind. They are both recruiters for both their own side and each other...

And it just goes on and on, did we have any other news before 9/11, just watched the next item on Guantanano detainees, I have to be honest I getting really sick of news and current affairs being one or another aspect muslim,islam, iraq, afghanistan, yemen, terrorism, dead soldiers, palestine, israel, western handwringing or guilt...
