Travelled 60 miles to work his morning, Along the Souths' snow covered roads. risked life and limb. Struggled along roads that hadn't seen a snow plough or gritter. B roads, A roads, then M-ways, then A roads, back to B roads. Many areas with 2-3 inches of snow.

Only to be turned away from the works car park by two blokes in dayglow jackets as 'the car park is too dangerous for you, go and park on some local side roads'.....

no, really.

Too dangerous? Hidden crevasses? Angry polar bears? Avalanches? Or an inch of snow?

They were just protecting you from the global warming that was hiding in the far end of the car park, it's dangerous stuff and we need to do something about it, before it starts killing people

That is pathetic.

I trust you'll take it up with the boss. If you don't then these type of things will just keep happening.

Last week I was turned away from work because the 30m path between the front gate and the office was too dangerous...

We had only had 3cm of snow yet BAE shut the site for Elf N' Safeteee...
