What goes through this guys head? Surely he needs sectioning? I just do not understand what makes blokes like this do this sort of stuff. You have to have almost no grip on reality to have a woman tell you repeatedly to go away/she's not interested/she wants you arrested while she is living with her husband and kids and to continue hassling her....strange, strange, strange....

If the guy really doesn't understand how he's destroying this poor woman's life he needs to be physically prevented from doing so. I suspect however that he knows only too well the effect he's having, and it's an increasingly desperate cry for attention.

Trouble is, if you lock him up in a psych ward permanently, who's going to pay for it?

If it was possible, I suspect the best thing to do to him would be to sentence him to an indefinite stay in a psych ward, but let out every day with an electronic tag to go to work, all/most of his earnings to go to pay for his supervision.

Self-funding punishment - I really like that idea!

Not only do they get screwed by being under guard every night in a place they don't want to be in, but they have to work for that privilege as well.

Take away any chance of time off work, and I would vote for it!

If she had paid somebody to put him in a wheelchair, there would have been no chance of jogging on spot then
