I switched the radio on in the car last night as Gordon Brown began a speech...

With much gusto Winky said:
Today, I have done something this government has never done before
With such gusto, this must be a mind-blowing something. What, Winky, what have you done..?

With much gusto Winky said:
This government has gone out and..
Yes, yes...??

With much gusto Winky said:
bought....
Yes, what...China, India....???

With much gusto Winky said:
Every sheet of corrugated iron in the United Kingdom
Blimey...Oh....good, why..?

With much gusto Winky said:
And put them on a BOAT, and sent them to Haiti
Glory be, SuperWinky has fixed another disaster, single handed...rofl

A while ago, I said the funniest thing in the world was a Scotsman saying MURDER

I now realise the second funniest thing in the world is...

A Scotsman saying AyeRrrrron...

It gets better though...

He's sent all that Corrugated Iron Sheeting out there to help shelter the homeless...in the forthcoming Hurricane season!

I'll bet they'll all sleep a little bit more soundly knowing that GB (ironic the initials are the same!) has sent some flimsy sheeting to shelter them against the second worst thing Mother Nature can throw at them...

Well, when he has finished congratulating himself he can give some consideration to the food, drinking water, and medical supplies that I'm sure they'd rather have.

The man is a monumental embarrassment.

Not at all, that would have been the best thing. Let him visit during the hurricanes and have him personally fitting the corrugated sheets himself, which won't at all be like sitting on a kite and in a hurricane too..... It would be a real pity if anything happened to him BUT it's a risk I am willing to take.

Did he mention anything about nails and hammers??
Some timber would have helped??

I can see it now, all held to gether with string and blowing away in the wind!
Razor sharp pieces of metal flying around taking heads off all over the place!
