Another Gumtree scam turns nasty

The same happened at the end of last year to a guy a few miles away in Barking. Gumtree full of scam ads in every section. Beware.

I'm still amazed that people will buy a car in a public car park with a suitcase of cash.

Gumtree is full of many obvious scams (from the way they are written)

This one could have been a bit more elaborate in the sense that it may have been advertised and all done like a proper car sale - could happen in any place though i guess.

But then you are not semi-literate, which appears to be the main objection. Are you a fruit loop?
