When he accidentaly says WORLD instead of BANKS - A simple mistake IMO - the way the Tories start laughing like buffoons says more about them than Gordo TBH (and the fact that Parliament is a bit of a joke TBH)

Brown clearly has a hugely overinflated sense of his own ability and self-importance, and from his continual bleating about how he is going to fix everything and all the world should listen to his ideas it is very easy to see that is exactly what he believed, which is why it was so funny. The perfect example of a Freudian slip.
