I wonder who the TV and radio presenters were?

There's a video of Moira Stewart doing the rounds, don't know if it's related to this?

As a for instance, if you have CCTV installed in your house, could you still be subject to the charges brought against this guy? If you use your home as your business and therefore have them, how would that work?

I think it is safe to say it is time to get rid of the stash of DVDs

Blimey, that seems like a harsh penalty? Signing the sex offenders register too!?

Its ok, they're backed up...hehe

I was only thinking, my brother has a recording studio, that is basically just a room in his house, but because of the nature of the expense of the equipment etc, he's just bought 4 or 5 really high quality cameras (think the dome style ones) to make sure that everything stays put. Now these will be in most rooms as its his house essentially, so was just wondering how that would stack up in a court of law if anything went for a burton.

Oh dear.

So I guess the old wives tale that producers sleep with the presenters to give them the job is true..

The woman concerned is a neurotic nutter and if she hadn't meddled, there would have been no crime.

NB:- When a tree falls in a forest and nobody is around to hear it....etc, etc.

Waste of court time IMO.

+1

This seems ridiculously harsh. It's not as though he used the videos for financial gain, blackmail or published them online.

And I'm not sure I'd classify him as a sex offender in the same way as a pedo.

I think this also reinforces my long held belief that you should always, always lock your dodgy DVDs up in a safe and hide the key somewhere safe. Or at least label them "Test Cricket Highlights 1956-1975" so there's no chance of the wife playing them when she's bored.
