The TImes online business section - halfway down the page!

UK debt counter, whizzing along...

Brilliant, in a sad, 'the country is bankrupt' kind of way.

I wonder if RacingTwerp006 will be along to justify Labour's legacy? No? Thought not.

I doubt it includes unfunded pension or PFI - just in case your piss wasn't quite hot enough yet.

I have a feeling that we are almost at the top of the central peak in the double dip.

We have used the "ask the audience" and "phone a friend".

No more Keynesian stimuli.
No more printing money.
No more keeping rates nearly at 0%

In the mean time, all we've done is pressed the "ignore" button and then stuck our heads in the sand.

By the way, what happened on Eastenders earlier?

Double dip? We haven't really started going up yet, we merely put the brakes on the decline...

So if that's correct then each and every one of us is £13k in debt because, who else is going to be paying it off. Labour really have fked this country haven't they!

Well, we will take the "barb" on the downturn as a trough/peak as we believed the stats.

I am pretty convinced it's going to get a load worse. We'll see the scale of it unfold over the next few months.

Hopefully, all the smart money goes into the Euro and blows the fker up!

Can't believe they singled out Darling (though it is a great pic).

Most of the calamity is Brown-originated.
